Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh stressed that the emulation and commendation work is a vital driver, fostering patriotism, dedication, and collective momentum in the run-up to the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress, Party congresses at all levels, and the 14th National Party Congress.
Commendation must be objective, transparent, and merit-based, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh stressed, noting that legal documents guiding the enforcement of the Law on Emulation and Commendation are nearly complete, ensuring effective enforcement across ministries, agencies, and localities.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired the 9th session of the Central Emulation and Commendation Council in Hanoi on August 16, urging the focused, practical, and effective emulation and commendation work to harness the intrinsic strength of the nation.
