China’s foreign affairs office delegation welcomed in Hanoi

Vinh applaudedthe delegation’s visit, describing it as a good opportunity to intensifyexchanges and boost cooperation in foreign affairs of the two country’sdefence field.

He agreed on contents reachedduring a working session between the Chinese delegation and itscounterpart from the Vietnamese Defence Ministry’s Department of ForeignAffairs, which aim to realise the commitments by both countries’ seniorleaders.

To well implement these contents, thetwo armies should increase visits, strengthen exchanges between borderguard, navy and marine police forces, while paying attention topopularlising cooperation activities, thus contributing to building andconsolidating the traditional relationship between the two armies andpeoples, Vinh said.

Ci Guowei said he isdelighted when paying a working visit to Vietnam. He also expressed hisdetermination to implement the host’s proposals for the peace andstability in the region and the world.-VNA
