The process will start on January 2, 2013, and continue until March 31, announced Phan Trung Ly, spokesperson and member of the Committee for Drafting Amendments to the 1992 Constitution, at a press briefing in Hanoi on December 29.

People can provide feedback on all drafted amendments to the constitution, from the political regime and State apparatus to human rights, culture, education and the environment.

Opinions can be sent to the National Assembly website, http://duthaoonline.quochoi.vn , relevant agencies as stipulated in the NA’s Resolution No. 38/2012/QH13, or the mass media.
