The Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam has congratulated France’s Socialist Party on its 78th Congress.

Hanoi (VNA) – The Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam has congratulated France’s Socialist Party on its 78th Congress.

Vietnamese Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong also sent his congratulations to Olivier Faure on his election as First Secretary of the Socialist Party of France.

The congress took place in Aubervilliers on April 7 and 8.
