Hanoi (VNA) – Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on April 18 sent a message ofcongratulations to his Palestinian counterpart Mohammad Shtayyeh on theestablishment of the new government of the State of Palestine.

Thesame day, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also cableda congratulatory message to Palestinian Minister of Foreign Affairs andExpatriates Riyad Al-Malki.
