A contest on President Ho Chi Minh will be held from April 15 to June 30 for Vietnamese children at home and abroad aged between six and ten, on the occasion of the late leader's 130th birthday on May 19.

Hanoi (VNA) -
A contest on President Ho ChiMinh will be held from April 15 to June 30 for Vietnamese children at home andabroad aged between six and ten, on the occasion of the late leader's 130th birthday on May 19.

It offers an opportunity for Vietnamesechildren to learn about the life and times of President Ho, express their loveand respect for him, and encourages them to study and follow his teachings.

The contest features three categories - drawing, writing, and anonline multiple-choice quiz. Contestants can participate in one or all the threecategories.

Children can also send paintings and stories to organisersat BacHovoithieunhi@gmail.com, Facebook.com/hoidongdoitw, or 62 Ba Trieu, Hoan KiemDistrict, Hanoi.

The online test will include two rounds, at http://BacHovoithieunhi.vn.

First, second, and third prize winners will receive atrip to President Ho’s homeland in the central province of Nghe An./.
