Danang People’s Committee has just issued a plan to turn Danang into a leading tourist destination in the region, an event city and an international conference center.
The plan includes main tasks such as renovating, raising awareness of tourism development, orienting Danang’s tourism development towards sustainability and harmony with nature, balancing land fund and location for tourism development with other economic sectors.
This plan also refers to promoting the development of tourism development mechanisms and policies in the line with Danang’s potentials and strengths, and promoting investment attraction and development of tourism products at the same time Danang has many potentialities and favorable conditions to develop tourism.
Danang possesses many advantages in terms of seaport and international airport, as well as being a gateway to connect to world heritage in Central Vietnam.
Danang also has rich and diversified tourism resources and a synchronous infrastructure system for tourism. Danang has become a safe and friendly destination for tourists./.
