Lt. General Vinh welcomed his guests and wished them success at the ASEAN Defence Senior Officials’ Meeting Working Group (ADSOM WG), which they are in Vietnam to attend.
The guests briefed their host on preparations for the 4th ASEAN Defence Ministers Meeting (ADMM-4) to be held in Vietnam in May./.
