The two sides exchangedexperience in leveraging the resources and expertise of the overseas communitiesto contribute to the home countries.
Visiting and working with theVJBA, Hang praised its sense of responsibility and achievements infacilitating trade connections between the two nations.
VJBA President Tong Thi KimGiao said that operating for 11 years, the association now comprises eightclubs focusing on various sectors such as restaurants, food, real estate,mergers and acquisitions, tourism, import-export, and entrepreneur incubation. Everyyear, the association organises numerous activities to connect domestic andinternational businesses.
The deputy minister suggestedmember firms leverage their deep understanding of the Japanese market andconsumers to expand markets and connect businesses. It is also necessary tocontinue actively participating in activities held by the Vietnamese Embassy inJapan and the State Committee for OV.
On the same day, Hang and Vietnamese Ambassador to Japan Pham Quang Hieu visited HONTOTV - a media channel of the Vietnamese community in Japan established in March2022.
Its editor-in-chief Do ThiMinh Phuong stated that with the aim of creating a media channel with self-producedproducts about the OV in the East Asian nation, HONTO TV has participated inorganising various cultural events such as the Hoi An Festival in Japan, the cherryblossom festival, and the Hello Saitama Programme.
Phuong took this occasion to expressher hope to collaborate with Vietnamese media agencies.
The two diplomats affirmedthat the HONTO TV model is necessary and beneficial for the community, stressingthe need to continue efforts to uphold its role as a focal point ofinformation in Japan./.
