Hanoi (VNA) – Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign AffairsPham Binh Minh on February 2 sent a message of condolences to Cuban ForeignMinister Bruno Rodriguez Parilla over the serious damage caused by a recent tornado.

Thepowerful tornado passed through the Cuban capital of Havana on January 27,killing at least three people and left 172 injured. It also caused severedamage to the city’s infrastructure.-VNA
