The Cong ethnic group, who reside primarily in the Northwest region, particularly in the provinces of Lai Chau and Dien Bien, is one of the groups in Vietnam with a population of fewer than 10,000 people. They have retained many of their distinctive traditional cultural features and their eye-catching and uniquely patterned traditional outfits.
