Hanoi (VNA) – Hanoipolice arrested four persons on April 15 for disturbing public security in DongTam commune, the outlying district of My Duc.

The city’s public security agencysaid on April 16 that they launched criminal proceedings against the case on March30.

The move is in line with theArticle 245 of the Penal Code 1999.

In the case, several citizensobstructed public security officers in the course of their duty and illegally detainedsome officers.

Relevant agencies are takingmeasures to restore public security and social order in Dong Tam commune.-VNA
