Hanoi (VNA) – The 4th Pan-Asian Biomedical Science Conference convened in the central city of Da Nang on December 6, gathering some 200 delegates from Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries.
Themed “Biomedicine in the 21st century: Insight from Asia”, the conference aims to boost awareness of the importance of biomedical studies in healthcare and clinical practices.
Participants discussed topics related to clinical applications and medical individualism, risk assessment, biomedical technique, big data and traditional medicine.
They also reported the latest findings in the fields of cancer, obesity, diabetes, osteoporosis and artificial insemination.-VNA
