From the early morning of March 25, many people have come to the area around Long Bien to participate in the first hot air balloon festival in Hanoi.
This is an activity of the "Hanoi Tourism Welcomes 2022 - Get On Hanoi 2022" program, organized by the Hanoi Department of Tourism.
The public is excited about the festival, because not only they can see the colorful hot air balloons for the first time in Hanoi, but they also have the opportunity to ride on one balloon and see the city from above.
According to the organizer, there are 22 hot air balloons that will fly at the festival. Today it's free entry for everyone. But from March 26, the organizer will sell tickets at a price of 60,000 VND/person.
Besides the Hot Air Balloon Festival, the program "Hanoi Tourism Welcomes 2022" also has other attractive events such as the Gift Festival, the Food and Craft Village Tourism Festival; the Ao Dai Festival…
Those events will take place over three days, from March 25-27, at Ly Thai To flower garden and Dinh Tien Hoang street.
The hot air balloon festival is also an opportunity to introduce and promote Hanoi as a "Safe-Friendly-Quality-Attractive" destination for domestic and foreign friends./.
