The value of the day’s trades fell by 47.66 percent to 2.02 trillion VND (109.2million USD),on a volume of 43.86 million shares. Shares in Sacombank (STB) continued to be the most active with 2.8 million traded.
On the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index dropped 1.52 percent to end January 11’s session at 177.03. Market value on the northern bourse totaled 913.6 billion VND (49.4 million USD), on a volume of 24.66 million shares.
Kim Long Securities (KLS was the most active share, responsible for 2.9 million trades.
Foreign investors on January 8 bought a volume of 890,000 shares between both stock exchanges, with a total value of 32 billion VND (1.7 million USD)./.
