The Hai Phong city People’s Committee and the municipal Women’s Association on August 10 welcomed 10 women students from Cambodia’s Sihanuc province for cultural and vocational training in the city.
Under the cooperation programme between Hai Phong city and Sihanuc province, the students will learn about the culture, history and Vietnamese language at Hai Phong University and take courses in sewing and fashion design at the municipal Women’s Association. All expenses will be covered by the city.
