In particular, photographers are encouraged to take pictures of outstanding people in the campaign to "study and follow President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example".

The contestants will upload photos on the contest website www.lienhoananhkhuvuc.vn from May 1 to June 15. Each contestant can send a maximum of eight photos .

Vu Khanh, Chairman of VAPA, will head a five-member panel that includes Chairman of the Hanoi association Dinh An, and international award-winning photographer Tran Viet Van.
