The Hanoi International Fair 2010 opened at the Vietnam Exhibition and Fair Centre on August 30 to mark the 1000th anniversary of Thang Long-Hanoi.
The fair covers around 20,000 sq.m with 800 pavillions representing 300 domestic and foreign businesses operating in industry, agriculture, construction, trade, science and technology.
There is also a section at the fair devoted to Hanoi ’s socio-economic achievements and potential. Organisations and businesses from France , India , South Africa , Denmark , Chile and Cuba display their key products and services at 30 pavillions.
Meanwhile, section D is reserved exclusively for agricultural products and hi-tech production models.
The fair will last through Sept. 5./.
