The report says in South East Asia, Vietnam, with its obvious advantages such as the low labour cost, improved business environment and qualified labour force, has great potentials to provide software outsourcing service to export.
Despite the modest market share in the international software outsourcing market, Vietnam ’s participation has brought many benefits for domestic businesses such as relatively high sales, job creations, technology updating and competitive ability practice.
Hanoi authorities say the city will focus on developing digital content services, and attach special importance to seeking and occupying gaps in the global IT service market.
The capital city has attracted over 340 foreign investment projects in the field of information technology with the total registered capital of 1.8 billion USD.-VNA
