Since the idea was implemented in 2017, Hanoi Walking Street has become a familiar destination for everyone to relax after stressful hours at school and workplace.

An interesting element of Hanoi Walking Street is that you can watch the resurgence of folk games that are full of Vietnamese identity and spiritual culture, such as “o an quan” (the games of capturing squares), tug of war, hopscotch or shuttlecock.

Following the route down the Walking Street, you will find various street performers putting on minishows for their audience, each with a distinctive style or a completely different art form.

Close your eyes, take a deep breath, you will feel the sounds of their melodious music fill your ears and make you forget about all your worries./.
