The flood warning in Hanoi will be implemented via the HSDC Maps application, which can be used on smart phones, according to General Director of the Hanoi Sewerage and Drainage Limited Company Vo Tien Hung.
The Southern Regional Hydro-Meteorological Center has announced that river tides in Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta region reached flood warning level 3 on September 30 and October 1.
