The central province of Thua Thien-Hue has lit up the historic flag tower Ky Dai in the citadel built by the Nguyen Dynasty (1802-1945), since February.
The flag tower was lit up for the first time on February 12, 2018 with 1,000 LED lights (Source: VNA)
