Covering an area of over 7,000 square metres, the exhibition isexpected to accommodate more than 300 pavilions of around 6,000enterprises from 20 countries and territories, including mainland China, Hong Kong, the US , Japan , the UK , Sweden and Vietnam .
Deputy General Director of the Vietnam Textile and ApparelAssociation, Duong Thi Ngoc Dung said the exhibition is expected to beVietnam’s first ever to meet the standard set by the Global Associationof the Exhibition Industry (UFI), aims to create opportunity forVietnamese garment enterprises to study and purchase modern equipmentmanufactured in developed countries. It is also aimed at developing thecountry’s textile and garments industry and promoting “Made in Vietnam” brand name.
At the event, enterprises willshowcase various kinds of automatic, modern and accurate machines, whichhelp to save production time, power and fuels including sewingmachines, labelling and textile machinery and accessories. Moreover,Chinese and Thailand businesses will introduce hundreds of clothsamples and materials such as moisture cloth, anti-bacterial cloth andenvironmentally friendly cloth./.
