Italian writer talks to local readers

Alessandro Baricco will give talks and answer readers questions at the HCM City Book Fair in Le Van Tam Park on March 19 and the Creative Café ( 36 Dien Bien Phu Street ) in Hanoi on March 23.

Baricco is a also popular Italian writer, director and performer, best known for his novels Ocean Sea and Silk.

Baricco is also the co-founder of a creative writing school in Turin , named Scuola Holden.

The Scuola Holden hosts a variety of courses on narrative techniquesincluding screen writing, journalism, novels and short stories./.
