The agreement to this effect was detailed in the minutes signed inHanoi on March 26 between Deputy Construction Minister Bui Pham Khanhand Chief of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) MotonoriTsuno.
JICA will provide experts and equipment and machinery necessary toundertake the training in Japan . Also, it will cover research andtraining course costs for trainees.
The training looks to improve the management methods of responsibleagencies as well as the State’s oversight on construction projects toensure their quality.
The Japanese side plans to provide technical assistance for the training for three years./.
