Hanoi (VNA) – Head of the Party Central Committee’s Organisation Commission Pham Minh Chinh has affirmed that Vietnam considers Japan a key partner in human resources development.
During a reception in Hanoi on June 24 for Director General of the National Personnel Authority (NPA) of Japan Yoshida Kozo, Chinh thanked the NPA for its active support to Vietnam in training a high-quality workforce, particularly strategic-level personnel.
He suggested Japan continues working with Vietnam to devise effective cooperation programmes in manpower training – one of the three strategic breakthroughs for Vietnam’s development.
The host wished that both sides would share experience in strengthening personnel management and improving their capacity, contributing to further deepening the Vietnam-Japan extensive strategic partnership for the sake of peace and prosperity across Asia.
Kozo informed the host about the partnership on the personnel training and administrative reform between NPA and the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics as well as other relevant Vietnamese agencies.
He pledged that NPA would continue working closely with Vietnam on training leadership and strategic-level management personnel in the near future, contributing to effective connection between the two countries’ workforce in a general scheme of connecting Japan-Vietnam development strategies.-VNA
