Da Nang (VNA) – Low-budget carrier Jetstar Pacific announced on January 18 that it will launch a new route between the central city of Da Nang and Hong Kong (China) using Airbus A320s aircraft.
The first flight on the route will take off on March 27. Discount tickets, at 288,000 VND (12.6 USD), are now available at www.jetstar.com between January 18 and 20.
Jetstar Pacific schedules three flights a week between the two destinations on Monday, Tuesday and Saturday.
Flights from Da Nang leave at 10:10, while the return flights take off at 14:05. It takes 1 hour and 45 minutes for a flight between Da Nang and Hong Kong.
This is the third international route of the airline from Da Nang, with previous services connecting the city with Singapore and Taipei in Taiwan (China).
Da Nang is one of the country’s most popular tourist destinations, welcoming nearly 1.7 million foreigners in 2016, up 31.6 percent year on year.-VNA
