The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has conferred its 7 th annual award to two Vietnamese officials for their contributions to JICA’s international cooperative activities in Vietnam.
The awardees were Vo Hong Phuc, former Minister of Planning and Investment (MPI) and Ho Quang Minh, former Head of the Foreign Relations Economic Department under the MPI.
