Motonori Tsuno, the Chief Representative of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Vietnam, has been awarded the “For Vietnam's National Assembly" insignia for his contributions to the NA’s activities.
This is the noble distinction the Office of Vietnam's National Assembly has conferred to the JICA Chief before his term of office in Vietnam (2008-2013) ends.
At the ceremony in Hanoi on May 22, Motonori Tsuno expressed his honour for receiving the insignia and he said he wishes that JICA and the NA Office would gain more successes in implementing their signed projects.
He affirmed that in a new position, he will continue making more contributions to expanding friendship between the two countries.-VNA
