The implementation of the “Doi moi” policy has helped build asocialist-oriented market economy that is a modern market economy integratedinto the region and the world while operating in line with the market mechanism under the State’s management via the legal system and under the CPV’sleadership for the sake of “rich people, strong nation, and democratic, equitable, and civilised society”, which is evidenced by the economic statistics cited in thearticle, Philapha went on.
