The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and its Laos counterpartwill co-organise the 2014 Laos Cultural Week in Vietnam during December 2– 7 to mark the Laos National Day (December 2).
The event,as part of Vietnam – Laos cooperation plan on culture this year, willtake place in Ho Chi Minh City and the southern provinces of Hau Giangand Vinh Long.
Highlights of the week are performances of arttroupes from Laos, which are expected to introduce the traditionalculture of the Lao people as well as the special friendship bondsbetween the two countries.-VNA
