Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also extended greetings to his Spanishcounterpart Pedro Sánchez and National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue offeredcongratulations to President of the Senate Ander Gil Garcia and President of the Congress of Deputies Meritxell Batet Lamana.
