Little painter shows her talent for goodwill

A solo painting exhibition named “Green Dreams” is taking place at the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum, Hanoi. Notably, the creator of 80 paintings on display is a 10 year-old girl.

Among the most five impressive paintings Ha Phuong, a 10-year-old girl, has created, the “Mua nguoc” (upside down rain) was gifted for charity in her first exhibition. The painting was also sold for 267 USD

Simplicity can be seen in all her paintings, coming from stories and experiences in her daily life.

Phuong was born in 2007 in Hanoi, coming from a family with no artistic tradition, but her talent for painting was revealed when she was only five years old.

Phuong started painting and attended a drawing class when she was in preschool. To date, she has painted hundreds of paintings.

All money from auctioning Ha Phuong’s five best will be presented to the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion’s poor children fund.

The exhibition runs until September 17 at the Vietnam Fine Art Museum, 66 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Hanoi.-VNA
