Unable to go to school due to cancer, 13-year-old Le Van Tien has attended a special class at the Ho Chi Minh City Oncology Hospital and become the prime example.
In an area of 25m2 of the Pediatric treatment are number 3, Pediatric oncology department, Oncology Hospital, a make-shift class comprised of junior patients at the hospital. They do not have to bring along any school equipment. Some wear patient clothes, other wear T-shirts.
In the corner, Le Van Tien, aged 13, from Pho My Hiep, Thai Hoa, Tan Uyen, Binh Duong, is holding a new notebook. It has been 5 months since Tien last went to school.

The bright kid consumed in solving the math problem. Tien not only inspires other patients but also acts as the teacher assistant at this particular makeshift class.
