In 10 days, the fair attracted around 500,000 visitors, including international delegations from India, the Philippines, Belgium, the Republic of Korea, Japan and China seeking partnership opportunities.
Vietnam’s rice industry has the capacity to maintain export targets, but businesses need to actively expand markets and reduce dependence on a few major partners to build a more sustainable foundation for growth, said Nguyen Anh Son, Director of the Import-Export Department under the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Vietnamese garment and textile enterprises are actively developing their brands, with many of them building strategies to expand their reach to the global market.
