- Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong on March 28 highlighted the contributions of exchanges and cooperation between Vietnamese border localities and China’s Yunnan province to the development of the bilateral relations in various spheres over the past time.
At a reception for Wang Ning, Secretary of Yunnan province's Party Committee, the Vietnamese Party leader spoke highly of Wang’s visit in the context of the relations between the two Parties and countries growing fruitfully with substantive progress.Read full text

– Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh underlined the importance of the Vietnam-China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership in Vietnam’s external policy during a reception in Hanoi on March 28 for Wang Ning, Secretary of the Yunnan provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the provincial People's Congress.

– The largest French cuisine festival in Vietnam “Balade en France” (Walk in France) will return to Hanoi on April 14-16, following the success of the 2018 and 2020 editions, the French Embassy announced on March 28.

– A conference to review the first phase of the programme on the transition to Internet Protocol version 6 for state agencies (IPv6 for Gov) and discuss the implementation of the second phase of the plan was held at the Vietnam Internet Network Information Centre (VNNIC) in Hanoi on March 28. 
IPv6 for Gov’s first phase, which was performed in 2021-2022, focused on state agencies. Half of the ministries, agencies, and localities were set to adopt IPv6 transitional plans and successfully shift towards IPv6 for their portals.
