NA Standing Committee readies tenure reports

The 38th session of the National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee, to take place from Feb. 14-19, will concentrate on making suggestions for the preparation of review reports for the NA’s 2007-2011 period.

The 38th session of the National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee, to take place from Feb. 14-19, will concentrate on making suggestions for the preparation of review reports for the NA’s 2007-2011 period.

The documents will include the reports of the State President, the Government, the Prime Minister, the Director of the People’s Supreme Procuracy and the Chief Judge of the People’s Supreme Court.

The committee will also make suggestions on working reports of the 12 th National Assembly and the NA Standing Committee.

The NA Standing Committee will provide opinions on the Government’s supplemented report on the results of the implementation of the socio-economic development and State budget plans in 2010, the implementation of the socio-economic development and Sate budget plans in early 2011 and personnel preparations for full-time deputies of the 13th National Assembly.

The Standing Committee will also debate the draft law on the Capital City, the supplement and amendment of a number of articles of the Civil Procedure Code, the Law on Anti-Human Trafficking and the Law on Independent Audit.

It is scheduled to approve the Ordinance on the supplement and amendment of a number of articles of the Ordinance on Procurators of People’s Procuracies and the Ordinance on the supplement and amendment of a number of articles of the Ordinance on Judges and Jurors of People’s Courts./.
