National solidarity shines amid historic floods in Central Vietnam

Since November 16, the south-central provinces have been battered by an unprecedented spell of torrential rain and flooding. Never before have localities in the South Central Coast suffered such unusual and exceptionally severe conditions. Entire communities have been submerged under vast expanses of floodwater.
