The Law on Supplements and Amendments to some Articles of the Civil Procedure Code was passed on March 29, 2011 by the National Assembly. It will take effect on January 1, 2012.
The Law on Preventing and Combating Human Trafficking, including eight chapters and 58 articles, will come into effect on January 1, 2012.
The Law on Independent Audit will take effect on January 1, 2012. It includes eight chapters and 64 articles.
The same day, the National Assembly’s Resolution on the implementation of the Law on Supplements and Amendments to some Articles of the Civil Procedure Code was promulgated./.
