Nhon Trach 2 power plant supplies 15 billion kWh to national grid

The Nhon Trach 2 power plant in the southern province of Dong Nai had by November 5 supplied 15 billion kWh to the national grid after three years of operation.
The Nhon Trach 2 power plant in the southern province of Dong Nai had byNovember 5 supplied 15 billion kWh to the national grid after threeyears of operation.

Since early this year, it has generated 3.9 billion kWh of electricity, fulfilling 98 percent of its yearly plan.

Withthe current capacity, the plant will maintain the provision of 5-6percent of electricity to the national grid annually.

The Nhon Trach 2 thermal power plant began commercial operation in late 2011.

Asa national key project in the provincial PetroVietnam Nhon Trach PowerCentre, the power plant has a total capacity of 750 MW and is fueled bynatural gas which has been registered under the United Nations’ CleanDevelopment Mechanism as main fuel.

With three turbines, it is designed to churn out an average of 4.2 billion kWh each year.

It also plays an important role in supplying electricity to the southern key economic region.-VNA

Hanoi: 95% of administrative procedures to be handled from home

The plan targets that at least 80% of administrative procedures under the city’s authority will be provided as fully online public services, while more than 95% of applications will be received and processed entirely online. By June 30, 2026, about 80% of administrative procedures are expected to be restructured based on integrated data systems, with the figure rising to 95% by the end of the year.
