The culinary festival will feature traditional dishes, cultural exchanges, and efforts to preserve the region's culinary heritage, including the revival of ancient Hoa Lu royal cuisine.
Meanwhile, the hot air balloon festival will showcase 35 hot air balloons and paragliders, operated by international pilots and the Hanoi Paragliding Club./.
