Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong sent a message of thanks to Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh for his hospitable reception after ending his four-day visit to the country on November 22.
The message reads, “We strongly believe that the fine outcomes of the visit will lay a sound foundation to further reinforce and deepen the strategic partnership between the two countries. Both nations have affirmed the resolve to strongly boost Vietnam-India ties in all fields in the interests of each country’s people, to meet expectations and contribute to peace, stability, cooperation and development in the region and the world.”
The Vietnamese Party leader also hoped that the traditional friendship and strategic partnership between the two countries will continue to flourish.-VNA
