Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has hailed the People’s Public Security Force for leading the restructuring of the three-tier organisational model, advancing national digital platforms and digital transformation
PM Chinh praised the People’s Public Security Force for demonstrating its “three pioneering roles” and “three exemplary qualities” in implementing the Party’s guidelines, and the State's policies and laws.
The book is a work of profound theoretical and practical value, reflecting General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong’s consistent concern for ensuring national security, social order and safety, and for firmly safeguarding the Fatherland.
The Party chief stressed that special attention should be paid to identifying and firmly safeguarding security in new domains and spaces, including national digital sovereignty, cybersecurity, information security, and data safety during digital transformation; and actively preventing emerging forms of threats to national security such as robotics, unmanned systems, and cyber warfare.
Throughout his revolutionary career and in various positions of responsibility, Ngo demonstrated strategic vision and steadfast commitment, overcoming hardships and sacrifices.
Underlining that Vietnam is entering a new era of development with strategic goals for prosperity and happiness, PM Pham Minh Chinh hoped that the war veterans, with their steadfast will, continue contributing to policymaking, national security and social order, and above all, inspiring future generations to safeguard national independence and development.
The leaders of the Party, National Assembly and Government always believe that with 80 years of proud and heroic tradition, solidarity and unity, the People's Public Security Force will fulfil all assigned tasks with excellence, worthy of being an important, trusted and absolutely loyal armed force of the Party, State and people.
Vietnam’s peaceful, stable and secure environment, both internally and externally, stems from the sacrifice and contributions of many forces and sectors, particularly public security and diplomacy. These efforts have enabled past achievements and paved the way for Vietnam to enter a new era of growth and prosperity.
The General Secretary emphasised that as the country is entering a new stage of development, the public security force must continue to affirm its role as the “steel shield” and the “sharp sword” to protect the Party, safeguard the regime, and defend the people.
The Party leader applauded collectives and individuals honoured at the event, as well as many public security officers and soldiers across the country who are making tireless and meaningful contributions every day to safeguarding national security, public order, and the peaceful and happy life of the people.
