Hanoi (VNA) – Pfizer vaccine is onlysupplied via bilateral deals with Governments, said John Paul Pullicino from Pfizer Vietnam during an online training session for market management staff on June16.

The event was co-hosted bythe Ministry of Industry and Trade’s Vietnam Directorate of MarketSurveillance, the US Homeland Security Investigations and Pfizer Vietnam.

Pullicino said Pfizerrecently struck a deal with the Vietnamese Government to provide 31 million doses ofvaccine for the country.

Earlier on June 12, the Health Ministry’s DrugAdministration granted conditional approval of Pfizer vaccine for emergency need in the country.

Its delivery is scheduled for the third andfourth quarters. Part of the vaccine does will arrive in Vietnam next month.

Vanessa Piepenburg,representative of global security for Pfizer Singapore, said authentic Pfizervaccine is held in small colorless glass bottles with a volume of 2ml. Each hassix doses.

In almost countries, it islabelled Pfizer & BioNTech. While in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan (China),it will be Fosun and BioNTech.

At present, this type of vaccine has yet tobe put into commercialisation. Any commercial transactions related to it arecounterfeit. In particular, it is only transported from Brussels and not inindividual doses, she said.

The Pfizer representatives also vowed to formpartnership with alliances against fake goods and legal enforcement forces toensure security for their product./.

Resettlement, site clearance for Ninh Thuan 1 nuclear plant gets underway

According to the Khanh Hoa provincial People’s Committee, the resettlement and site clearance project carries a total investment of about 6.7 trillion VND (about 255 million USD). Sun PhuQuoc Airways to launch first international direct flight on March 29
