Hanoi (VNA) - At least 19 were killed and 25 others were injured in a bus crash on March 20 in Sablayan, 195km to the south of the Philippine capital city of Manila.
Police and disaster officials said the crash occurred at around 21:30 (local time) in San Agustin, a village in Sablayan town.
It was reported that the bus, bound for Manila from San Jose, lost its brake on a mountainous area and fell off a 15m cliff.
The victims were brought to local hospitals, with thirteen bodies remaining unidentified.
Police said the driver was among those died at scene. The cause of the accident is under investigation.-VNA
