Hanoi (VNA) – Philippine Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana has announced Manila will maintain the status quo in the East Sea.

Delfin made the disclosure before the House committee on appropriations during a hearing on the defense budget for 2017.

He said Manila would not make a show of strength in the waters.-VNA
