PIV Tower named as Vietnam’s best office development

The PetroVietnam Insurance Corporation (PVI) Tower in Hanoi has been honoured as “Vietnam’s best office development” at the 2015 Asia Pacific Property Awards, which is given to only one project in each attending country.

The PetroVietnam Insurance Corporation (PVI) Tower in Hanoi has beenhonoured as “Vietnam’s best office development” at the 2015 Asia PacificProperty Awards, which is given to only one project in each attendingcountry.

The PVI Tower, belonging to PVI Holdings, is a Grade Aoffice building with 25 floors, two basements and one technical floor.

Built in 2010 and inaugurated in the first quarter of 2014,the tower is located in an emerging district in the west of Hanoi,making it easy to access from almost anywhere in the city.

With a contemporary design, international-standard facilities and greathand-over conditions, the tower has the best occupancy rate in the area,up to 90 percent with such high-profile tenants as Samsung, FPT andObayashi.

Bui Van Thuan from PVI Holdings said it is thefirst time the company has competed for the award and won in animportant category.

The Asia-Pacific Property Awards are arecognised symbol of excellence for businesses throughout the industryglobally, with categories in each property type in the real estateindustry.-VNA
