Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has cabled a message of condolences to his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi over a recent serious flash flood.

Hanoi (VNA) – Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has cabled a message of condolences to his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi over a recent serious flash flood.

The flood hit Uttarakhand state on February 7, killing 150 people and leaving over 20 others missing./.
