Interms of diplomacy, both sides should increase high-level activities andexchange their opinions at global forums, he told his guest, addingthat the visit would open up more opportunities for collaboration.
He also expressed his desire to meet the President of Vanuatu in the foreseeable future.

Natuman briefed the President on the outcomes of his talks with PrimeMinister Nguyen Tan Dung, and confirmed that Vietnam and Vanuatu wouldsupport each other at international forums despite their geographicaldistance.

The two countries should work together actively, both via bilateral and multilateral channels, he said.

The PM praised the contributions of Vietnamese nationals living inVanuatu to the island’s development, expressing his hope that they wouldact as a bridge between the two countries and peoples.-VNA
