The opening hour rates at commercial banks all went down.
At 8:15 am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 23,270 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,390 VND/USD, both down 25 VND from the same time on June 18.
Both buying and selling rates at BIDV also dropped by 20 VND to 23,270 VND/USD (buying) and 23,390 VND/USD (selling).
Techcombank cut both rates by 5 VND to 23,270 VND/USD (buying) and 23,410 VND/USD (selling).-VNA
